Feel in love with this gym after the first day. Members are dedicated. Staff are knowledgeable and professional. High quality equipment and free weights. The space is a little small but size doesn't mean it feels crowded. Note this gym is for people that are not other afraid of commitment to lifting programs. The members are serious about their lifting goals but not unwelcoming there is always a willingness to help people get into fittness.
